- Judge Harry T. Stone: [Chasing Lana through the halls, he stops at the shoe shine stand] Did a really bad singer come by here?
- [They point toward the courtroom]
- Judge Harry T. Stone: Let's call somebody.
- [Picking up the phone]
- Lana Wagner: Like my fiance Emerson?
- Lana Wagner: Good choice.
- [He hands her the phone]
- Lana Wagner: [Hanging it back up] Nah! I'm too happy. Happiness just worries Emerson.
- Judge Harry T. Stone: [Smiling at Lana] Well good. Then Take your medicine, Take the night off, Go home and Go to bed.
- [He takes the armadillo of her hands]
- Public Defender Liz Williams: [Just entering the office] Hey everybody.
- Lana Wagner: [Taking the armadillo back stubbornly] I cannot do you any good in bed.
- Public Defender Liz Williams: [Shaking her head] No Man's going to buy that!
- Judge Harry T. Stone: [Ignoring Liz and responding to Lana] Don't worry about me, I can take care of my self.
- Public Defender Liz Williams: [Shocked] He bought it.
