When George's fortieth high school reunion comes around, he is excited, mostly because a girl he like will be there, Gayle. Betsy Palmer plays the woman. George goes through incredible fear about telling her that he liked her in high school. He had chickened out. He asks Dick to go with him (Dick says only if he gets a corsage). As usual, Dick does a good turn and gets ridiculed for being at the reunion (Jim and Chester say he is crashing the party). Anyway, it takes a lot of work, but the two finally talk to each other, but she is hesitant to take it to the next level. Anyway it is a cute episode but no great shakes.

George is going to his 40 year high school reunion and is nervous about meeting again with a girl he never got to tell about his crush on her.
A good episode for George as he begs Dick to come with him to the reunion to help him talk to his crush Gayle. Gayle is played by Betsy Palmer, who appeared in the 1955 classic "Mr Roberts" and also appeared as Mrs Voorheis in the horror film "Friday The 13th". Funniest moments are George's class mates (Chester and Jim among them) who all know about the crush, even though it was supposed to be secret, they also scold Dick for being a party crasher. There is a poignant moment where Gayle rejects George but things work out in the end.
