The Apple Doesn't Fall Far
Hitchcoc3 March 2023
Stephanie is asked to come home for her ex-husbands marriage to a new bride (we never see any of this). She brings Michael with her) Her parents are oozing money but have little regard for day to day living. She reverts to being about six years old when she gets there. She berates people, especially those of a lower station. She pouts and demands. Her mother and father are incapable of getting close to her. Michael is having a great time, living the good life. In a subplot, Dick keeps trying to buy Joanna a birthday present but keeps screwing it up. It's not terribly interesting, but it is fun watching Dick disintegrate.

Michael meets the parents
Jimmy_the_Gent420 March 2018
Stephanie's rich parents want her to return home, she invites Michael to come with her.

An entertaining episode centering mostly on Stephanie. Her parents are played by Oscar winner Jose Ferrer and Priscilla Morrill (best remembered as Lou Grant's ex wife on "The Mary Tyler Moore Show"). Michael is constantly gushing over the family's wealth and Stephanie starts having temper tantrums. The funny subplot to the episode has Joanna constantly being able to guess the birthday gifts Dick got for her.
