Michael and Stephanie, two of the most shallow people walking the earth, end up hosting a group of campfire girls. Michael, in order to impress his boss, who is going out of town, volunteers to cover her outdoorsy gig. Stephanie, not realizing that this is an outdoors group who want to learn all these scouting things, volunteers, thinking all they want to do is admire her. She has a harsh original meeting and then has to take them into the wild (just outside the Stratford). A funny subplot is George, using his non-carving skills to do a copy of Mr. Rushmore, where Washington looks like Dick. He insists that it be displayed at the Inn. Som pretty funny stuff, though Stephanie's act gets a little tired at times.

Bev, the station manager is going out of town and needs someone to take over her Girl Scout troop, Stephanie begs Michael for the job.
A funny Stephanie episode, Michael at first asks Joanna but gives in to Stephanie, who thinks that the girls will all be in awe of her. However she finds out that the girls expect to be on a camping trip and all she can do is give them make up tips! George has a good subplot when he does a wood carving of Mt Rushmore, but two of the Presidents end up looking like Dick and Mr Greenjeans (from Captain Kangaroo).
