This episode moves back from the 'x-files' direction of some previous S2 episodes - often involving mysteries, and to the original murderer theme.
Frank and Peter are investigating a murderer but this episode heavily features the use of the internet or streaming (as it were back in the late '90s). It's a clever episode that's been well thought out, and the clues as they unravel start to make sense; though not easy for the viewer to understand until Frank does. There's a great tension throughout this one and time isn't on Frank's side, there's also some moments that pertain to himself, his ability or restraint.
Overall this was a very good episode, and it kept my attention for every second. It also seems to be the original creator of the whole murder/crime strongly involving the internet. Many horrors later followed (Pulse, VHS, Unfriended etc).
