At the press conference, the speaker refers to "Miranda warrants." The correct phrase is "Miranda warnings" or, sometimes, "Miranda rights." Warrants are a document; Miranda warnings are what a police officer reads to an arrestee to establish that the arrestee understands he does not have to speak and he is entitled to an attorney.
