There are three subplots here. A young Korean woman who is now married to a Jewish man is seeking a Bris, a circumcision ceremony for her baby. It is necessary to somehow hook up with an actual Rabbi to do the job, but it will mean doing it remotely. The second plot is Henry, who receives a letter from his wife, giving him permission to have an affair if he is lonely and needs someone. Of course, he now thinks that she is dealing with guilt and trying to make up for her actions. The third is Father Mulcahy whose sister (the sister) has written him, telling him she wishes to leave the order so she can have a family. Frank and Margaret, the ultimate flies in the ointment, take pictures of the Bris in order to get Hawkeye and Trapper in trouble for performing elective surgery. It's a sort of touching episode.

Can't stand Henry

Warning: Spoilers
This is one of the episodes that really irks me about Henry. He's all worried about his wife possibly cheating on him, and how many times has he cheated on her? Hundreds? Thousands? He's wishy washy, doesn't have any integrity at all. Potter is SO much better than this clown, who should have never been made Lt. Col.
I thought the Bris was a cute story, of course Frank gets all bent out of shape because of something minor. The series really improves when Frank and Henry are gone. I also think BJ's better than Trapper, but that's not until the beginning of next season.
All in all, and ok epsiode, just can't stand Henry.

Guest starring Saachiko

Warning: Spoilers
Saachiko guest stars as Chim Sah, who is seeking a bris for her son. Anyway, Patricia Stevens plays Lt. Stevens, RN.
Life with Father, from season three, only has two guest stars, so it's top heavy with the main cast. Sadly Patricia died in 2010, but Saachiko could be interviewed by the co-hosts of the M*A*S*H Matters podcast, superfan Ryan Patrick and Jeff Maxwell, famous for playing Igor in M*A*S*H. I'd love to get Saachiko's recollections of being in M*A*S*H, especially in the early days of this fine series.
Anyway, by the end of this season the trajectory of M*A*S*H changes with the departure of Colonel Blake and Trapper John.
