Wooster is seen reading the New York Times, Jeeves the New York Herald Tribune (which became the International Herald Tribune in 1967 - 2013.)
In both cases the front page is a mock-up, mixing fictional headlines related to the plot, (eg. The "Electrical Storm") with real ones ( eg. "Queen sends for MacDonald").
Bertie's statement in the last scene, "chacun à son goût," is French for "each to their own taste."
