A progressive episode.
I think It Takes a Thief was one of the best hours of television ever produced. The chemistry of Wagner with just about every guest star worked really well and the continuous parade of babes was always fun to watch. The innuendo was often intense. The plots were almost believable though highly contrived and just camp enough not to take itself too seriously. Still, I wonder how a high rise cat burglar can crack a combination safe wearing gloves and why he wore white more often then not when doing his prowling? I thought this episode, "To Catch a Roaring Lion", from the second season, was interesting mostly for its progressive attitude, for the time, regarding racial relations and the equality of races. Watch it and see if you don't agree. Kudos to the producers, Wagner, and the newly introduced and most lovely Denise Nichols for making it work so well.
