When Joey is blaming Ross for breaking his fridge, and stops to talk to Chandler, his arms change positions from crossed to by his side back in forth.
Rachel is about to leave the apartment after Joey talks to her about the fridge and as she says "you're joking", she starts to put her arm in the jacket sleeve. The camera pans to Joey and when it goes back to Rachel, the jacket is hanging over her arm.
When Elizabeth is about to tell Ross about spring vacation and another professor enters the office startling Ross, his necktie is crooked at first but is straight when the camera angle changes.
When you rent an apartment in NYC the landlord provides the appliances. So if Joey's fridge broke, he would not pay to replace it, the landlord would be obligated to replace it.
In 1981, Spring Break would have been in Fort Lauderdale. It didn't move to Daytona until after Fort Lauderdale put obstructive barricades down the strip mu later in the decade. Anyhow, MTV didn't begin covering Spring Break until 1986.
While Ross is dancing with Elizabeth you can see where set ends above the various palm trees. The sky is blue but cameras and lights are visible just above the sky. However, the two are dancing at the MTV beach house. The scene behind them is intended to be an obvious painted set, not an actual beach. Cameras and lights are to be expected, since this is a televised event. Any equipment visible can be attributed to "MTV's" own gear for the shoot.
In the remastered version, when Ross, Joey, and Chandler are entering Joey's apartment, you can see that there's a rectangular hole on the wall at the right hand of the screen.
In the episode, they concede that Elizabeth "slept with her professor," Ross. This is inconsistent with the next episode when Ross says they haven't "done it" yet.
In addition to the previously mentioned goof about landlord being obligated to replace broken fridges, Joey's demanding $400 to replace it and Chandler's subsequent refusal makes little sense. As several episodes earlier, Chandler was more than willing to part with $1,500 to help Joey when he moved out. To the point of even making up a fake game ("Cups") to lose the money to Joey. And moreso, Joey vehemently turned down Chandler's offers more than once. Had he accepted, his broken fridge might not have been an issue.
Phoebe describes Patrick to Chandler and Monica as having a chin dimple, but when we see Patrick in person later, he clearly doesn't have one.
