Buffy and Jody on their own
gregorycanfield30 September 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Cissy is somewhat irresponsible here. With Bill and French gone for the night, Cissy is responsible for Buffy and Jody. Cissy gets invited to an out-of-town party. She then leaves the twins alone, depending on a baby sitter that hadn't shown up yet. Wouldn't you know it? The baby sitter cancels out, and the twins are left to fend for themselves. This story turns out to be the nicest depiction of the love Buffy and Jody have for each other. They truly "take care" of each other. Actually, Buffy takes even better care of Jody. It was a nice thing to watch. The episode, however, ends on a curious note. When Cissy admits, to Bill, that she left the twins alone, he barely has a reaction. Maybe not so hard to understand. If I were in Bill's place, Cissy would only have to look at me, and I would melt! Perhaps, Bill was also a sucker for that pretty face.

Buffy And Jody Left Alone

Cissy is left in charge of the twins while Uncle Bill and Mr French are away.

A good episode. Cissy gets a chance to go to a Winter Carnival by private plane. She arranges for a baby sitter and thinks the kids will be alone for just an hour. After she leaves the baby sitter cancels. Buffy and Jody try to fend for themselves. They end up with cheese sandwiches and popcorn and Jody gets a stomach ache.
