- Ray finds a rival at Ally's girl scout meeting. They have a battle to see whose daughter can sell the most cookies.
- When Ray Barone learns that Troop Leader Peggy and her daughter targeted his parents' house as a spot to make a big sale for themselves during the Frontier Girls' selling competition, it's war. Ray vows to get even with this woman no matter what and to take home the grand prize in the cookie drive.
- The Frontier Girls hold a competition to sell cookies. Ray and the troop leader, Peggy, do not get along. Peggy (Amy Aquino) assigns "Ally's (Madylin Sweeten) Dad" to selling cookies in front of Petey's Mufflers, a dead spot as Ray and Ally were late coming to the meeting. Peggy never liked Ray's tardiness or the way he disrupted the entire meeting while finding a spot for himself to settle down.
The top seller gets a beach chair and umbrella set as the prize. Ray makes jokes at the meeting which irritates Peggy and he forgot to bring an orange juice container for Ally for the pin hole camera activity in the class.
Other parents' clue in Ray that Peggy is Molly's (Alexandra Romano) mom and also gives herself the best spot to set up Molly's booth. That why she wins the first prize every year. Ray can forget about winning the beach chair as Peggy is a killer. Peggy assigns an average spot (in front of Lickety Split cleaners) to Ray which has low foot traffic. Peggy assigns Molly the spot in front of Marco's pizza, which always has customers. One of the parents complains that her spot (in front of Peetie's muffler place) is too out of the way for her, so Peggy makes Ray exchange places with this parent and now Ray has Peetie's which is completely dead beat, with zero foot traffic.
Ray returns home and complains to Debra about Peggy. Debra believes that Peggy is a great troop leader. Ray decides to beat Peggy by taking the sign-up sheet to Madison Square Garden. Debra objects and says that Ally should sell her own cookies and that's how they have done it in the past. Debra says that Ray cannot handle successful women at all and takes the cookie sign up sheet from Ray.
Ray discovers that Peggy has swooped into his neighborhood and sold cookies to Marie and Frank. Ray is livid with Marie and Frank for buying the cookies from Peggy, when their own granddaughter is selling the same cookies. Debra and Marie both agree that Ray has a problem with women. Marie says that Ray doesn't understand women as women need to talk things out. Ray says that Peggy is mean, and a bully and it is not about her being a woman or a beach chair anymore.
Ray sets up a table at her high-traffic spot in front of Marco's Pizza. Ray tells Peggy that when she came to his street and sold to his parents, she crossed a line. Peggy teases Ray about how she enjoyed selling cookies to Ray's own family and insults Frank. They end up having a huge fight, in which Peggy beats him by throwing off his cookies and pinning him under his own table.
Finally, Debra comes along saves him from Peggy and pushes her back. Debra warns Peggy that nobody beats up her husband and forces Peggy to retreat. Ray proves to Debra that he has no problem with women. Ray wins the beach chair by selling the greatest number of cookies. The chair breaks on its first day.
