During the flight to Catalina the close up footage of Johnny & Roy looking out the helicopter windows from inside is reversed. The yellow paramedic patches should be on their left shoulders and if you look closely at the reflection in the window the wording is mirror image.
The footage of Squad 51 boarding the Coast Guard helicopter and flying to Catalina Island is reused nearly-shot-for-shot from "The Old Engine Cram" earlier in the season.
Back at the Firehouse Johnny opens the oven to smoke and finds he has burned his gourmet meal. While he's moaning DeSoto is resting his hand on the inside of the oven door completely oblivious to the fact he should be screaming in agony.
In addition to the other goof about Roy's hand resting on the oven door, Johnny throws a towel down which lands inside the oven which should have started a fire.
As Johnny Was Putting The Groceries Away In The Refrigerator He First Opens The Left Door First. Once Done He Closes It And Opens The Right Side. In The Next Scene Both Doors Are Open. In The Following Scene After That Only The Right Side Door Is Open.
