The whipped cream in Jeanie and Dr. Fischer's hot chocolate disappears in the final diner scene shot.
When they are helping the homeless man that had gotten hurt by the dumpster, Dr. Carter is rushing the friend of the homeless man he drops his stethoscope and when the shot changes and you see his back and his stethoscope is back around his neck.
In the last ten minutes of the episode Dr Weaver is talking to Jeanie Boulet. In between the front and back shots of Jeanie as she talks to Dr Weaver you can see the strap of her handbag alternate between being on top of and then under the lapel of her jacket. In the reverse shots the handbag strap is on top and on the frontal shots the strap is below the lapel.
When Carter and Benton are taking the best man from the Trauma room into the elevator for transport up to the OR, he is wheeled out of the room on a portable yellow gurney but when you see the gurney in the elevator and when Carter and Benton wheel the gurney out on the Surgery floor, the gurney is clearly a standard silver gurney.
At around 32 minutes, when the doctors are working on the injured homeless man, one nurse is still touching the patient when Dr. Weaver shocks his heart.
