At the end of the episode, "Classy" Freddy Blassie is introduced as the World Heavyweight Champion wrestler. Blassie held the WWA title, which was recognized in Los Angeles, but not the New York area. The NWA title, then held by "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers, would have been promoted; thus, revealing that the show was filmed in California and not New York. Blassie was the top draw in LA at the time, as well as a top star in Japan. He did not wrestle in New York, regularly, until later.
When Sally and Buddy come over to Rob's house the front door opens before Laura gets to it.
Sally introduces Randy under his nickname "Randy Twizzle". The joke is that his real last name is not famous, which is "Randolph Eisenbower" to which she says, "One letter kept him out of the White House!" Rose Marie, however, says EisenHOWER the first time, which is a flub.
When Randy "Twizzle" is asked to "sing into the flowers", which is where the phone is, so Mel can hear him, he walks as he sings. This would not necessarily make him inaudible, but it would have diminished his vocals to the listener.
Sally leaves her purse on the couch and Rob sits on it!!.
