Warning: Spoilers
I think Diagnosis Murder is a product of the Clinton Administration, whereas Murder, She Wrote is progeny of Reagan-Bush definitely. Murder, She Wrote had a last gasp for survival by trying to await the outcome of the 1996 presidential election, but when it became clear Clinton would beat GOP candidate Dole, it was lights out for Jessica.

Anyway, the locker room scene here was reminiscent of Porky's believe it or not, so kind of a wink and nod to that 80s pop culture movie.

I wish Diagnosis Murder was rebooted, as it deserves a new generation of fans.

Dr Sloan on the hit list

When a mob godfather dies during an operation, his son threatens to kill Dr Mark Sloan. The FBI get involved as Steve Sloan tries to save his father from getting killed. Dr Sloan has to find the real killer to prevent his death. An enjoyable episode with the mob members getting a deliciously stereotypical portrayal. The plot has plenty twists to keep you interested.
