I actually like Diagnosis Murder very much (more so than Murder, She Wrote) and this episode, Murder on the Hour, sees a murderer murdering every hour on the dot, so it's only until the end that we get a clearer picture. The hospital is deadly and I wonder if the customer reviews on social media would reflect the horrific crimes that occur there week upon week. Kevin McNally played the paramedic, Stefan Marks was the Repairman, and Tadao Tomomatsu played Orderly Treadway. All credit to the extras for making the scenes look realistic and being able to support the main players as they do their job.
