Cottam is pushed to the limits by Bob and Dave, but when he learns that the pair have some musical talent, he finds a suitable case dor their talents.
It's a very funny end to this first series, as daft as zany as any other episode, but full of some wonderfully villainous characters.
The way they keep dropping themselves in it, letting their cover slip, is very, very funny. As for that pool sequence, laugh out loud funny.
Best one liner, 'it's like singing on The QE2,' absolutely hilarious, this show really did offer a bit of everything.
Barry Cryer does a good job as Simpson, and he seemed to be having a laugh here, early a good sport.
Leslie Grantham played this kind of part pretty well in all fairness, and Georgina Hale (who's sadly passed away very recently) is wonderful, again, played this sort of character tremendously well.
8/10.
