Warning: Spoilers
In desperate need of a decorating job during a downswing in business, the firm takes on a job decorating a highway motel which is threatened when the fabric firm they hire to create curtains for them goes on strike. They realize that the women that work for this firm are being underpaid and overworked and decide to take matters into their own hand. They learn something new about things that go behind the scenes in the fabric business and decide to help out when they realize the abuse the workers have to deal with on a regular basis.

Another socially relevant episode dealing with a subject that you don't often see on TV let alone in sitcoms. Julia gets to confront the boss, realizing how much he doesn't really care about the people he employs, showing him the injustice he is imposing on desperate workers.

The subplot involves Mary Jo dealing with a car garage being abused because she's a woman who knows nothing about cars, only until Anthony takes over the call and talks in a way that makes Mary Jo sound more intelligent about auto issues. Neither issue is really resolved which makes the conclusion weak and depressing.
