Machine Politics Invades Neighborhood
Plenty of laughs with Dennis managing Mr. Wilson's campaign. Some people associate Dennis The Menace with 90s movie. Perish the thought. The TV series is the one worth watching. Even Mary Wickes singing fits right in. Guess there's always use for Mary Wickes. She sure was good on Now Voyager. You can always have fun with spinster. But the political angle here is timely today. The push is on to get involved in politics even at the local level. TV news gets to be part of the humor. The news media doesn't need to focus on anyone other than Mitchell's and Wilson's since there is plenty of material.
