In later episodes, it is established that if you reap the soul after death, the soul has the characteristics of the dead body - like claw-marks on the face, flattened heads or even autopsy scars. Yet here, Roxy reaps a woman's soul after a piano has fallen on her, but her soul emerges totally intact and unscathed.
While George works at Happy Time, before her death, she drops a file with a red paper sticking out down the elevator shaft. While she is walking to the guys desk she is holding the file she dropped. Then when she sets the files on his desk, it is gone.
When George is in bed (approximately 54:15 minutes) a spring pops through the mattress. However, when she wakes up next morning, the spring is not there and the hole, where the spring came through, is no longer there,

When Mason and George are about to go into the house of the murdered accountant we see the lock from the inside of the apartment and it's unlocked. When we see it again it's locked and then Mason unlocks it.
The diner, in which the reapers meet regularly, is called "Der Waffel Haus". Actually, in German it should be "Das Waffelhaus". "Haus" must go with the neuter German article "das", not with the male "der". Moreover, German compounds are normally melted into a single word: "das Waffelhaus" or, alternately, hyphenated "das Waffel-Haus".

After George is struck by the toilet seat and killed she walks over to one of her shoes and kicks it causing it to stand up. It is subsequently established that dead spirits can't interact with solid matter, but we also see her move the letters on the fridge door, so dead spirits can obviously move things around sometimes (just like general ghost lore).
As George and Mason approach the TV sets where George first sees how she appears to the living, the images on the TVs are already standing still as the couple is still walking toward them.
George died in 2003 when she was hit by the toilet seat of the deorbiting Mir space station. However the Mir space station was deorbited in 2001.
