A man walks into the surgery, and gets diagnosed with tuberculosis. DI Jackson attends a boxing event, and spots a beautiful young woman, who grabs his attention, a woman he tries to track down.
Very enjoyable, this is quite a deep, intriguing episode, one of the best from this second series, really enjoyable. A really nice penned story, with Marty put to really good use.
Really great to see George Irving having more to do, he's a very capable, talented actor, DI Thomas has been a little underused at times.
Short ot Doctors, sounds like every surgery up and down the country. Tb is sadly on the rise again, a disease I thought had been confined to the past.
How amazing does Tracy Gillman look in those opening scenes, a shame she didn't get to do a lot more TV, I think she's really food.
Helen Baxendale as always is excellent.
9/10.
