A series of minor earthquakes, which begin in Andalusia and then spread throughout the Peninsula, sow terror among the population and, much as the authorities try to reassure public opinion, it is increasingly uneasy. To that is added that the State of Exception continues and that, in those days, a medical student named Enrique Ruano dies in strange circumstances. On the other hand, 1969 was the golden age of film clubs, hence Don Eugenio set up one in the parish and, to inaugurate it, he decided to project a film that made history in those days: 'The spring of the maiden', by Ingmar Bergman, but putting it without any of the cuts imposed by censorship, that is, just as it could be seen in any democratic country.
