Four sons of Maeve Bubley have been killed senselessly dating back since 1999. The police is puzzled as to why the four brothers have met such tragic end to their lives. The Cold Case team gets involved. Lilly, who was starting her career as a detective remembers Vaughn Bubley, the first Bubley to die and her involvement in the case. Maeve, a beautician and a single mother always manage to provide for the family.
The investigation focuses on a rival Hispanic gang. They can't pinpoint as to what the motive is because it isn't easy to get anyone to talk. Nick Vera decides to zero in Leticia, the pregnant girl of Miguel, the leader. She is not willing to tell Nick all what she knows, but eventually, she understands her boyfriend's criminal character. Jesus, who is Miguel's cousin is secretly in love with Leticia. He too would like to be the leader, but his loyalties to his cousin get in the way.
In a flashback we get to know the meaning of WEB D, which seems to be the key to understanding why Vaughn was killed. Patrick, the only surviving Bubley deciphers for Lilly the significance of the word.

General good acting is achieved by Mr. Siega, specially appealing is April Grace, who plays Maeve. Andrea De Oliveira has good moments as Leticia. Luis Garcia and Rigo Sanchez appear as the cousins Miguel and Jesus.
