Two Great Guests
Jimmy_the_Gent428 September 2022
Tony Randall and Dick Van Dyke are the guests and this is a very entertaining episode. Carol announces Tim is on vacation. In the Q&A talks about All My Children and that she will do on walk on for the soap.

Funny sketch with Harvey and Carol as a battling couple throwing objects at each other. Van Dyke is an encyclopedia salesman who gets knocked around, good showcase for his physical humor.

Tony Randall recites the comic song Madeira, M'dear which he did on some other shows at the time.

Tony and Dick get a sketch mostly to themselves. As two guys in Hawaii arguing over $10. Vicki shows up as an old flower lady.

Dick performs Ballin The Jack with the dancers in scuba gear.

A very funny sketch as Carol and Tony as a couple giving secret signals to each other.

The mini musical is based on Ira Gershwin. On a movie set, Harvey is a director, Vicki and Tony the stars and Carol and Dick the stand ins. Some songs are I've Got A Crush on You, How Long Has This Been Going On, S'wonderful, I Got Plenty Of Nuthin.

Carol sings her theme and the guests sign her book.
