At 12:03 on the chalkboard behind the Sergeant the audience sees the times of the Maximum Enforcement Periods. It's written as ending at 2400 12/26. In law enforcement military time is used and there is no 2400. It should be 0000 hrs. The clock goes from 2359 hrs., to 0000 hrs. , and then to 0001 hrs.
At least twice during the show, the Manettes' address is given as 3420 Centinella Place, yet in every exterior shot of the house, the address painted on the curb, in black-on-white, is 416.
After the Piermonts burglarize the Manette's home, they are filmed slowly pulling out of the driveway in a blue Dodge van. The crew is visible in the reflection of the van as it pulls into the street.
The CHP does not investigate residential burglaries. Any such call would be turned over to local law enforcement.
While taking the burglary "report", Jon compliments the homeowner on keeping the model numbers of the items stolen. A model number would be useless in recovering stolen property, as multiple items of the same model would have the same model number. What Jon should have said was the serial number, which is unique to each item.
