Dr. Temperance Brennan: Do you realize when we go to trial he could use the insanity defense.
Special Agent Seeley Booth: The guy *is* nuts.
Dr. Temperance Brennan: Yes, but is he nuts because he got a brain disease from eating human flesh, *or* was he already nuts the first time he ate flesh, *or* did he just lick his fingers after surgery?

Bones still developing
We are still waiting for the character of Bones to fully emerge. The writer's are taking their time, but eventually the Bones we all know and love will emerge. She's not clearly defined on her spiritual beliefs or on her being a vegetarian, but soon we'll see those emerge.
Booth and Brennan work well together on everything. The last episode, I felt he hated her, but their chemistry seems to be back on track here. The cannibal element will play a big part in Season 3 in a pretty wicked way, so watch out for it...
After watching 11 seasons of Bones, it's interesting to see how young they all are. Love when characters are more fully developed.
