At the graveside ceremony, Dr. Brennan lays a rose on the casket on top of several other roses (at least 2); she then walks away and is joined by Agent Booth for a conversation. They then both turn to watch as the parents lay the first two roses on the casket. The producers do not mention this reversal in the commentary, but it can be assumed the shots were originally intended to be in a different order.
When Brenanan asks if anyone recognizes the woman, you clearly hear Zack say no, but in the next scene after Angela says "Is that who I think it is?", you clearly hear Zack say "The girl that had the affair with the senator.". How did he know she had an affair if he did not even know who she was?
As Angela is asking the airline agent for assistance, she rips open her blouse, but as she greets Brennan a few seconds later, her shirt is buttoned/snapped back up.
After Booth gets done insulting the team you see Brennan turn and leave and in the next scene she turns and leaves again.
At the end when Brennan is celebrating with the squints in the lab, she realizes the fish kept by the senator's lawyer are the key to the case. She exclaims "Fish!" and from the medium shot, Zach is seen looking in her direction. It cuts to the long shot and Zach is seen again looking in her direction for the second time.
During Cleo's graveside service, the minister is reading "The Prayer of St. Francis" from the Bible. Although well known, it is not a part of the Bible and was first published around 1912.
Brennan claims that since she is working with the FBI, she does not need a warrant to go into the guys house.
This is not true. Since she is working with, but not for, the FBI, she would still need to get a warrant.
Since she illegally broke into the man's home, anything they found would be thrown out of court as illegally obtained.
Although the Supreme Court has ruled that a warrant is not required when they can see that evidence is being destroyed, as Dr Brennan announced.

As Bones leaves the firing range, Booth fires 2 shots at the target. When they show the target from behind, you see Booth in the background but the holes in the target are entry holes fired from behind the target as it appears.
When Zach is taking photographs of the corpse, the video footage is clearly mirrored horizontally, as can be seen by the positions and letters on the patches on his jacket.
The song Broken Bridge by Daughter Daring plays during the montage of Brennan examining the body, however the closed captions show the lyrics for Collide by Howie Day.
When Brennan and Booth are interviewing Oliver Laurier in his apartment, a crew member can be seen in the doorway behind Brennan in some shots.
At the start of the episode, a plane is shown touching down in an airport with the Nation's Capitol in DC visible in the background; the scene is identified as Dulles International Airport. The Capitol is not visible during landing at Dulles Airport. Both the landing sequence and later shots inside the airport appear to be Reagan National Airport, which would be more likely given its proximity to later events.
At the cemetery scene, they have placed the Lincoln Memorial walking distance from the grave site, and this is not accurate. At the front side of the Lincoln Memorial, there is the Reflecting Pool. At the back side of the Lincoln Memorial, there is a road and the Memorial Bridge which goes over the Potomac River. There is no cemetery on the grounds of the Lincoln Memorial.
In the opener, the capitol is visible in the background when Bones comes home from a forensic trip. However the writing on the bottom says Dulles International Airport Washington D.C. the airport in that shot is Reagan National Airport, you cannot see the capital building or the monuments of D.C. while approaching or landing at Dulles.
The show seems to use the same stock shot of the characters' black SUV cruising around 4th street every time they go out and more then a couple times it can clearly be seen going around in circles. Locations such as Adams Morgan, Cleveland Park, Rockville and Dupont Circle seem to be picked out of a hat and when shown appear nothing like they do in real life.
When Booth meets Bones at Dulles, he takes her to Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia, but they are seen driving near the Capitol building in DC. The most direct path from the airport to the cemetery would not take them anywhere near the Capitol.
When Booth picks Brennan up, she has bags with her but when he finally pulls over, after her telling him to, she gets out of the car to leave, without any bags.
Booth tells Oliver Laurier if Ken Thompson bleeds to death, Bones will be tried for attempted murder. Attempted murder is when someone tries to kill someone but they survived. If he bled to death, Bones would be tried for murder not attempted murder.
