When Jamie arrives for her helicopter flight, the pilot is in the girl friend's car where the front license plate is "MILLY". When the girlfriend departs, the name on the rear license plate is spelled "MILLE" which is how the front license plate is spelled later when Jamie tracks down the car.
When Jaime calls Oscar she smashes the phone to get a dime to make the call, and then she makes a collect call, You don't need money when making a collect call she just needed to dial zero for the operator.
In Chapter 3, when Jaime is running or walking, she is wearing dark pumps. However, when she is jumping up to, or down from the balcony, her shoes are dark lace-up flats. It seems the stunt double chose to wear more practical shoes for jumping, which makes sense, but messes with the continuity.
Jamie takes off in a Bell Jet Ranger II. As the helicopter is approaching the secret base, it is clearly a Hughes 500. On landing, it is again a Jet Ranger.
When the courier-helicopter is flying to the secret base, there is clear weather. Then it is raining lightly as the chopper is landing, and then there is clear weather again as Jaime is making her delivery and when the chopper takes off again.
After J.R. Gregory has inspected the hole in the jail cell he stands up to talk to his assistant. The next shot of the assistant is a close-up of the previous scene. Notice Gregory's face is still visible in his previous position on the right side of the screen.
After Jaime bends one of the bars of the cell door and Oscar tells her that it would look better for her this time if she didn't force her way out, several irregular shiny "stretch marks" are visible on the twisted metal. Yet after Jaime apparently bends the bar straight again, all of the shiny damaged areas disappear - obviously this second shot was just a played-in-reverse reusing of the previous "bending the bar" film sequence.
The shiny paint-flaked-off section above Jaime's hand on the bent vertical bar of the cell-door magically vanishes as Jaime supposedly bends the bar straight again. Obviously just a reversed copy of the previous footage of the bar's being bent.
When Jaime confronts Dr. Hatch she tells him to call Oscar. He really calls his assistant Naud pretending to talk to Oscar. Jaime would have immediately picked that up with her bionic ear. Don't forget, when she's trapped in the safe talking to Hatch Oscar yells "Jaime" and she immediately hears him with her bionic ear. So if its automatic through 4 inches of solid steel without 'turning her ear on' she would have easily picked up the phone conversation.
Jaime tells Oscar over the phone that the helicopter pilot's girlfriend's car has a personalized license plate that reads "Millie... Millie-three". The standard spelling of the nickname for "Mildred" is "Millie". The orange hatchback, however, had "Mille" (which is also a nickname for "Mildred", of course) on its plate, so Jaime would have had to spell the word for Oscar so that he could correctly run the car's plates; otherwise he would have assumed that the plate was labelled "Millie 3".
Jaime asks Oscar to send someone to find the helicopter pilot, yet it was just stated a moment earlier that the wrecked helicopter had been found, with the dead pilot inside.
Jaime says that the General whom she met at the test site was in his 40's, yet the actor playing the General is clearly in his late fifties or early sixties.
