- [to Batman and Robin]
- The Clock King: Some people kill time, but this time, time is going to kill you.
- [last lines]
- Narrator: Is this the zero hour for the Dynamic Duo? Are the sands of time really running out for Batman and Robin? At long last have they met a gritty, granulated, inglorious fate? Tune in tomorrow! Same bat-time! Same bat-channel... !
- Millie Second: You're marvelous, Clock King.
- The Clock King: That, my dear, is because I plan every move like a timetable, as my archenemies Batman and Robin, will soon find out, to their detriment. Thinking. Every minute... every second... thinking.
- The Clock King: Batman and Robin! The nights I've lain awake, scheming, plotting my revenge against those flat footprints in the sands of time, those shadows on the sundial of true criminal genius!
- Robin: [Batman and Robin climb up the side of a building] This should be good practice if something ever takes us to Mount Everest, Batman.
- Batman: I think we'll be confining our campaign against evil to Gotham City for some time to come, old chum. It needs us.
- [They come up to a window, which opens and out comes Sammy Davis Jr]
- Sammy Davis Jr.: Hey! Batman and Robin! What are you guys doing?
- Batman: Just routine crime-fighting
- Sammy Davis Jr.: Would you like to come inside? I'm rehearsing.
- Batman: Thank you, citizen, but our pursuit of justice allows us few diversions.
- Sammy Davis Jr.: Oh.
- Robin: Be seeing you.
- Sammy Davis Jr.: Bye, Robin.
- [Batman and Robin climb past]
- Sammy Davis Jr.: Hey, you guys come and catch my act some time! I dig yours!
- [to offscreen band]
- Sammy Davis Jr.: All right, fellas, one more time
- [sings]
- Sammy Davis Jr.: From a whippoorwill
- [shuts window]
