If i say too much in this review, i'll spoil the episode. I would never do that you. The Tale of the Dream Girl must be experienced. Make sure u give it your attention. There are little things here and there u might miss.
I'll sum it up for u: the duo playing the brother & sister are believable. The acting is adequate. Much better than most 90's kids show. Wish i could say the same about Jonny's hair...
The Dream Girl is beautiful, ethereal & tempting. Hers is a Tale About choices, consequences, family, and true love.
Apparently, this is the highest rated episode of the series, which is no surprise bc it still haunts me it 30 years later, still gives me goosebumps, and still breaks my heart. IMO this is one of the top ten best TV show episodes of all time. Yes i'm serious. Watch and believe. You won't forget the Dream Girl either.
*BTW a certain director a few years later might have been inspired by this particular tale. You'll know who i'm talking about after u watch.
