Gil Porter : Looks like that marshal ain't ever gonna quit - he's been doggin' our trail for the last 80 miles.

Mort Kenyon : Reckon we ought to wait and see what he wants?

Gil Porter : Well, he's a federal man - you aimin' to kill him?

Mort Kenyon : I never saw a tin star yet that could stop a rifle bullet.
Mort Kenyon : Save the soft talk, mister. Let's hear your deal.

Mike Tilman : I'm delivering some money to Coltown the day after tomorrow. I just want to be sure it gets there safely.

Mort Kenyon : What's the matter with Wells Fargo?

Mike Tilman : This money of mine, well, it's a little different than most.

Mort Kenyon : Why? Did you make it yourself?
Mort Kenyon : Maybe I didn't tell you my name. It's Mort Kenyon. Up in Oregon where I come from, womensfolk tend to their sewing, like they oughtta.
Mort Kenyon : [as Lofty] You know growing this moustache may have a good point after all. You never worried about Lofty Craig like this.

Annie Oakley : Well, it's just your romantic reputation, Mr Kenyon.

Mort Kenyon : [as Lofty] Well, now, in that case,

[the man in black leans in closer]

Mort Kenyon : young lady, why don't we step outside and talk this whole thing over?

[He wipes his moustache, while Annie becomes shy and flirty]

Annie Oakley : Goodnight, Mr Craig.

[Lofty laughs heartily]
Mort Kenyon : [after beating Annie at shooting glass jars] Like I said, women should tend to their sewing.
