As Cordy's eating her doughnut, she starts pulling it apart, breaking into the hole. As Wesley is using it as a prop, the hole is (initially) intact. The amount of doughnut eaten also changes between shots, including being eaten through to the hole, then suddenly not.
Angel rips the demon's mask off to reveal his maggot eaten face, but when we cut to Angel, the demon's mask is still on his face. Angel reacts as if it's not there though.
Angel is in his office with the gang says he has a task to
perform, next time you see him supposedly in Lindsay's apartment; but clearly in background is the rear wall of Angel's office, the red one with the weapons and ornaments on.
After Cordelia has been taken to the hospital in a frantic state, the Doctor says that they have done a CAT scan but can't seem to get her sedated. A scan would not have worked on someone who is moving and thrashing around as much as Cordelia is, as complete stillness is necessary.
When Cordelia is having her extreme vision, a hospital employee says they did a CAT-scan of her brain. Cordelia has been thrashing since she was at the market and could not have laid still long enough for a scan to give non-blurred results.
About 32 minutes in when Angel follows the limo Lyndsey is in, you can see Angel's reflection in his rear view mirror. Freeze framing and enlarging the focus on Angel's rear view mirror at 29:57 shows the mirror angled slightly away from where the driver's image might be visible. The reflection appears to be the top of Angel's head from his forehead up. Freezing reveals it to be a lighted background as if the very last of a sunset with telephone poles and trees, no vampire images.
10:50 A crew member is in frame holding production equipment on the right as Detective Kate Lockley enters the alley.
At the end of the episode where Wesley is studying the Shanshu scroll in Cordillia's apartment, the boom mic appears at the top of the frame twice.
Beginning at 36:35 while Cordelia is making a well deserved meal for Wesley, Angle and herself the boom mic rudely drops into the center top of the frame several times.
