Klaus Reimann is drinking beer with his right wing friends in a room of the restaurant. Klaus leaves the room and goes to the backyard : he was vomiting when suddenly somebody shot in this back. Klaus died immediately. The first man who saw the corpse is Boris Jost, who listened to a shot and went to the backyard where he found Klaus dead. The investigation becomes interesting when a drunken woman affirms that she has seen this night a man in the backyard: there was Bruno Rupert, the brother of Wolfgang Rupert who had been abused some months ago by Klaus Reimann. The police finds a watch who belongs to Burkhard Reimann, the father of Klaus.
