- Jack Bristow: Mr. Vaughn, you're young and you're eager, and I understand that. But one thing you're not, and this is something only time can provide really, is wise.
- Agent Jack Bristow: You pulled my file last week, that's my problem, Mr. Vaughn. Now, did curiosity get the better of you, or were you trying to impress my daughter?
- Vaughn: She thinks you were KGB. But, I'm sure you already knew that. So, what I'm wondering is what were you doing checking up on me checking up on you?
- Michael Vaughn: Sydney's life is worth the risk!
- Jack Bristow: Not to Sydney! Taking them down is what gets her up in the morning. Or... did you think it was those meetings she has with you?
- Will Tippin: She said her name was Kate Jones, but it was really Eloise Kurtz. She was my source in the Danny Hecht investigation. That means she was more than a source, she was involved somehow! She was trying to tell me something, and now she's dead!
- Sydney Bristow: The irony is they never lied to me about what would happen if I told someone. It was the one thing they said that turned out to be true. Now I'm a double agent for the C.I.A. and I will be until SD-6 is gone.
- Jack Bristow: Are Sydney and I switching handlers or is this a special occasion?
- Michael Vaughn: No, we have a problem.
- Jack Bristow: Fisher hasn't make contact, I know.
- Michael Vaughn: No, we believe K-Directorate had an agent waiting in the hospital.
- Jack Bristow: SD-6 does not have conformation of that.
- Michael Vaughn: CIA does. We have an extraction team waiting on the ready line out of Serbia. I want to pull Sydney out of there. I was hoping we could coordinate this together.
- Sydney Bristow: They are gonna kill us both if we don't help each other get out here.
- Martin Shepard: Then you got a real problem because I am not leaving here. I would rather die than leave the way I am now.
- Dr. Kreshnik: Let us not waste time. I know that you work for SD-6, I know that you are here to find out where Martin Shepard buried Perkashov. That you need Perkashov's DNA to read FTL code. What I do not know is whether you have succeeded.
- Sydney Bristow: Since we're not playing games, which is refreshing, I'd like to know who's asking.
- Dr. Kreshnik: My affiliation is unimportant.
- Sydney Bristow: [inside mental hospital, approaches Martin as he paints a picture] Yellow sky. Interesting choice.
- Martin Shepard: I told you to stay away from me.
- Sydney Bristow: I know that you're starting to remember some things. And I know that you think that I have something to do with them, but I didn't.
- Martin Shepard: *Piss off!*
- Sydney Bristow: You can't see colors, can you?
- Martin Shepard: Who are you? If you're not one of the people that did this to me, then how do you know that?
- Sydney Bristow: [checks to see nobody's watching] I'll tell you what you need to know. But first you have to help me. I was sent here to get some information from you, but I don't really care about that anymore. All I care about is that the main exit door has a dual key lock. That means it takes two people using two keys at the same time to open the door.
- Martin Shepard: [shakes his head] I told you I'm not leaving here!
- Sydney Bristow: Will you please believe me! There are other people here who wanna find out what's in your head, and when they don't, they will kill us both!
- Agent Jack Bristow: Shepard killed Danny. I'm assuming you know that.
- Sydney: If I hadn't, thank you for breaking it to me so gently.
