Betrayed by Josh Curtis, Face, Hannibal and B.A. await in the stocks their A-Team court martial, initially for the robbery of the 1971 Hanoi national bank, when it's cleared despite false testimonies that was a traitorous order from colonel Samuel Morrison, a Vietcong mole, for his murder. They switched from military defender as hostile as the court and prosecutor, but wave his advice to plead guilty for a 'mere' life sentence. They fear Murdock's part may be easily discovered, while he assists Frankie Santana to track down the allegedly dead North Vietnamese witness Colonel Chun Van Quyet, who admits the ploy to eliminate the team, only to hear his false testimony secure the trio's firing squad conviction.
