When Jack and Kate take Wallace to the Urgent Care Center, the doctor puts up the chest X-ray right side up with the arms and collar bones at the top. When they walk past the X-ray a moment later, the chest X-ray is upside down with the arms at the bottom.
At the gunfight in the middle of the episode a cameraman is visible behind Jack Bauer.
Defibrillators typically go from 100 joules to 350 joules. That amount of power to try to shock Wallace back to life would have fried the memory chip and tracker. That in turn makes the following events based on the use of the tracker to locate the device, and the contents on it still being usable, highly unlikely.
