Mormor's Visit
A 16 minute short film
written and directed by Casper Andreas
starring Ingrid Söderblom and Daniele Teodoro.
The film tells the story of Simon,
a Swedish photographer living in New York,
who gets a surprise visit from his run-away grandmother.
Casper shot Mormor's Visit in 2003
prior to making his first feature
but didn't premiere it at film festivals until June 2005.
Mormor's Visit went on to play
over 50 film festivals all over the world,
picking up multiple Best Short Film awards in the process.
