There's more to handhelds than the Game Boy. We take a look at how mobile gaming has changed over the decades...
It goes without saying that handheld games have come a long way over the past 35 or-so years. From electronic bleepy things that were little more than glorified calculators, portable technology is now almost unrecognisable in 2017.

Back in 1989, the world collectively shrieked with excitement at the thought of playing Tetris on a bus. By the early years of the 21st century, we were finally able to type angry messages on Twitter from the top deck of the number 45 from Wellingborough without a second thought.
Yes, mobile phones and tablets have changed the way we do just about everything, from navigating around cities to connecting with friends. But while those...

Ryan Reynolds just confirmed a major addition to the cast of Deadpool 2 in a way that only Ryan Reynolds can.
The 40-year-old actor took to Instagram on Wednesday to confirm that Josh Brolin has joined the cast of the superhero flick as Cable.

"Fox... What in the horrendous f**k!? You can't play two different characters in the same universe!!! It'll never work," Reynolds wrote, pointing out that Brolin already plays Thanos in Marvel movies. "Brolin was in Sicario and I was in Sabrina The Teenage Witch. #NathanSummers."
Brolin, too, confirmed the news on Instagram with a clever caption.
"When you have a man-crush on Ryan Reynolds, what do you do? Crush It!!!!!" he wrote alongside a pic of his character. "#deadpool2 #cable @20century_fox @vancityreynolds."

Today is the 25th anniversary of "Die Hard," a movie that forever changed the landscape of American action filmmaking. Director John McTiernan brought in European sensibilities and fluid camera movements that were unheard of at the time, adding an artistic edge and much-needed stylistic flourishes to a genre largely defined by hulking he-men and an almost complete lack of aesthetic embroidery (seriously — look at other action movies from 1988 and try not to fall asleep). It was as much a game changer as "Avatar," but never heralded as such; instead it was quietly acknowledged as an admirable achievement while its artistic merits went largely unheralded.
In honor of the film's anniversary, we thought we'd run down ten things that you probably don't know about "Die Hard," a movie whose legendary status was recently cemented when an entire wall of the Fox lot was painted up to resemble the sequence where Bruce Willis...

This new season 7 episode opens where it left off last season, with Shane Casey (Edward Furlong) holding Danny (Carmine Giovinazzo) and their baby at gun point in their home. This was Lindsay's (Anna Belknap) attempt to play 'macho woman', now that Stella (Melina Kanakaredes) has gone. No, really, Lindsay has even taken to wearing high-heeled stilettos (one of Stella's traits in the show.) Anyhoo, moving on - this cliff-hanger from last season, wasn't so much a hanging-off-cliff moment, waiting for Lindsay to fire the bullet and put us out of our misery in not having to watch her macho posturing and inflating nostrils, for too long, and kill Casey. This was CSI:ny's (TV) attempt to give this bland character some backbone and make her interesting, failing miserably. It'll never work, Lindsay's not your average Cat (Marg Helgenberger) or Sara (Jorga Fox) from CSI (TV) who can portray bucket loads of...

The world of children's telly can be a cruel and unforgiving one. You can be the big cheese, the next Phillip Schofield/Andi Peters and the saviour of Cbbc one minute and six months later you can be Chris Jarvis and on the panto circuit scrapheap. 50/50, It'll Never Work and occasional Record Breakers hostess Sally Gray was for a brief period at the end of the '90s quite a big deal. A cool all-rounder, Gray's stern Scottish demeanor was able to keep 100 unruly scamps in check and simultaneously entertain dads tuning in to watch her (more)...

Well "game over" in our best Jigsaw voice. The nail is finally in the coffin and boy we can't imagine how great Saw VII 3D (hmmm a film in 3D? It'll never work!) is going to turn out now that they've contractually forced a director to do a film he so clearly does not want to be a part of. If only we could be a fly on the wall during production. Somehow we don't thik this will be the end of the Saw vs. Paranormal Activity fued though...
In a blog post from Kevin Greutert entitled "Woo hoo! Lawyers are sending me to Canada tomorrow to firect Saw VII!" he writes this:
"I just had the task of telling my 83 year old mother that no, I'm not going to be allowed to direct the movie we were all so excited about when my family last got together, and that...
