The film was shot in 28 days. Director stated that they shot 4-5 pages a day.
Because of their busy schedules, Carrie-Anne Moss and Alec Baldwin could not come up to set sometimes. Most of the times, Nikki Reed and the director were working on the scenes alone. In a Tribeca Film Festival interview with the director, Reed stated that this situation really helped them.
According to the director, the scene where Carrie-Anne Moss's character Diane is stalked on the cell phone, came out of an L.A Times article about cell phone stalkings.
