The "spielleiter" Georg Uecker was fired from the show after season two for unknown reasons.
When Cordula Stratmann got pregnant in real life, she wore a fat suit with the explanation that she had gained many pounds. There were several jokes in the show, especially by Ralf Schmitz, that she looked like being pregnant. After the birth of her child, her loss of weight was worked into the show - Cordula returned slim from a diet cure.
When Cordula Stratmann left the show temporarily because of her pregnancy, the action switched from her apartment to the bar "Schiller-Eck" (Schiller's Corner) on the other side of the street. Cordula's friends there helped Bernard (Bernhard Hoëcker), who was not experienced with being a bar owner.
Cordula Stratmann left the show in Summer 2007. She explained, that her character was "done" and that she was keen on new experiences. After her departure the show focused on the character Jürgen (Jürgen Vogel) living in Cordula's former apartment.
