. . . about how to best draw Mickey Mouse. Some of the questions addressed are "What about the ears?" and "What about the nose?" Mickey's eyes also are discussed. Not much is made of the headliner's clothes, however. Though other similar documentaries have devoted much debate concerning the numbers of fingers with which Mickey is depicted, scant attention is paid to such digital math here.

. . . the idea of "Mickey Mouse" does not say a single word during MICKEY'S CARTOON COMEBACK. Perhaps he was too busy elsewhere to chime in about an early effort going back almost as far as Cartoon Land's "Alice" and "Oswald the Lucky Rabbit." After all, Mickey Mouse is a pretty crude character, compared to SNOW WHITE, PINOCCHIO, BAMBI or SLEEPING BEAUTY. Even the producer of DUMBO might be understandably ashamed to be in seen in the same room with this over-sized rodent. However, the three stand-ins substituting for Mickey's original patron and voice seem like Johnny-Come-Lately's compared to the founder of this feast.
