When Jean Ellison was about to take Brooke into the school for the first time after the accident, she parked near a set of stairs at the side of the school and proceeded to set up a portable ramp, but the brief scene prior showed the front of the school, which is accessible with a level doorway and an inclined sidewalk.
When the grown Brooke is in math class, solving a graph, there are no calculators on any students' desks. When the teacher announces a problem needing a calculator, every desk has a calculator.
Early in the movie, Brooke is wearing what is called a "Halo". It's used to keep the patient's head still with screws put into the skull. Brooke turns her head while wearing one to look at her father. This would be impossible with a real one with real screws.
At the end of Brooke's graduation speech, her mother is shown as the first person to stand during the ovation; however, after the camera scans the crowd, they show her mother finally standing on the stage.
After Brooke enters the classroom for the first time in her wheelchair, you can see her right hand move, possibly to control the wheelchair while she turned it around.
