The scene when Michael drives into a pond with Dwight in the passenger seat is a bit jolting. Then, the car submerges in water.
Dwight cutting off the CPR Dummy's face and then wearing it is pretty frightening.
Dwight shoots a shotgun into a coffin at a dead body. Neither the corpse or any blood is shown, and the reason for this is because they discovered some scratch marks on one coffin because "There was an unlucky streak of burying some heavy sleepers."
