Helldivers 2 is a massive triumph for Sony Interactive Entertainment and Arrowhead Game Studios. The ambitious multiplayer title was a great attempt to dive into the live-service multiplayer space but it wasn’t PlayStation’s biggest exclusive yet.
New reports have shown that The Last of Us Part 2 is the 4th most downloaded game on the Ps Store. Despite all the backlashes and the video game’s age, it is still visible to the public eye due to its sheer quality.
The Last of Us Part 2 Is One-Upping Helldivers 2
Helldivers 2 aspires to be like The Last of Us Part 2 in terms of long-term popularity.
Naughty Dog is known for developing unique and powerful linear storylines with the team’s innovative nature and its recent project has divided the gaming community down to the core. Depending on where a player stands, the game is seen as one of the greatest stories ever told or the ultimate betrayal.

The Stellar Blade demo made its way to the Ps Store by accident, which allowed content creators to dive in and stream gameplay on their platforms. The game caught the attention of the world because of its futuristic look, and the official launch is only a month away, but an internal mishap originated from the inside led to the unofficial demo launch.
PlayStation always gives their first-party games their moment to shine. It is routine at this point that they give upcoming games a small demo right before the release window to entice more players to buy on day one. You always hurt the ones you love, sang the Mills Brothers. Tell that to Gerard Butler, who is still feeling guilty over an incident with costar Hilary Swank on the set of their 2007 romcom, P.S. I Love You.
During a recent episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, the 53-year-old actor talked about how he “almost killed” Swank on the film set.
It seems that Butler’s character was required to dance shirtless, garbed only in a pair of suspenders.
“I literally shot that scene for a day and a half and I had to dance like an idiot in the suspenders,” Butler recalled. “At one point, the clip, which was a crocodile clip, got stuck in the television as I’m crawling towards her and she’s right in front of me and she’s laughing hysterically.”
The clip was “so dangerous” that the camera crew devised plastic covers as protection.

Netflix’s planned To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before TV series offshoot is a go. The YA series, Xo, Kitty, headlined by the movies’ breakout Anna Cathcart, has been greenlighted with a 10-episode order, making it the first series spawned by a Netflix original film. Building integrated film-tv series universes has been among the programming goals at Netflix as its film and TV portfolios rapidly expand.
The half-hour dramedy, from the films’ Awesomeness and Ace Entertainment, is a spinoff inspired by the popular movie trilogy as well as the bestselling book series by Jenny Han, who is the TV series’ creator and co-wrote the pilot script with Siobhan Vivian.

No one can disagree that Jenny Han's To All the Boys book series has made for movie magic. The YA rom-coms—To All the Boys I've Loved Before, P.S. I Still Love You and Always and Forever, Lara Jean—follow Lara Jean Song Covey and Peter Kavinsky, an unlikely pair who fake a romance until, as it so often does, it turns into the real deal. The books are undeniably charming, relatable and do the impossible: Actually make readers miss high school. So, it surprised just about no one when Netflix's 2018 film adaption became an Internet obsession, with leads Lana Condor (as Lara Jean) and Noah Centineo (jock Peter, of course) seeing...

To All the Boys: Always and Forever is this year's biggest Valentine's Day movie, but it's also a little bittersweet. As far as we know, there won't be a fourth movie in the hit Netflix movie series, so this year could be the last time we see Lara Jean and Peter and all their friends. The series isn't ending because it's not a hit, though - there's actually a very simple explanation.
The whole To All the Boys series is based on a series of YA books by Jenny Han. There are three books in total in the series: To All the Boys I've Loved Before, P.S. I Still Love You, and Always and Forever, Lara Jean. As you might notice, each of the books corresponds exactly to one of the movies, so at this point, once the third movie is out, there's no more material to pull from for making movie adaptations.

It’s a new year and Lara Jean (Condor) and Peter (Centineo) are no longer pretending to be a couple. They are a couple. As Lara Jean navigates a trove of official firsts with Peter — her first real kiss, her first real date, her first Valentine’s Day — she finds herself leaning more on Kitty and Margot (Anna Cathcart and Janel Parrish), Chris (Madeleine Arthur), and an unexpected new confidant, Stormy (Holland Taylor), to help her manage the complex emotions that come with this new chapter of balancing a relationship and figuring out her authentic self. But when John Ambrose (Jordan Fisher), another recipient of one of Lara Jean’s old love letters, enters...

Directed by Dylan Kidd, Get A Job stars Miles Teller as Will, the Millennial From Hell. Fresh out of college, our hero (?) expects everything to work for him like it always has. When L.A. Weekly tells him the videographer job they promised is no longer available, he throws a temper tantrum and asks his dad (Bryan Cranston, doing his best) for money. Sadly, dad has just lost his job as well.
Determined to skate by on the quality of his YouTube videos, Will tries his hardest to avoid the corporate video sphere. He considers himself better than that. This is an extremely unlikable lead character at the center of a brutally cynical, largely unfunny film fueled by muddled social commentary.
Kidd is a talented filmmaker, responsible for the sharp indie Roger Dodger and the strange, under-seen P.S., but this, his third film, feels like a lost cause. Indeed, it...

The regrettable new Dylan Kidd-helmed life-after-college and career prospectus comedy “Get A Job” is such a baffling endeavor the callow movie could conceivably come with its own milk carton campaign asking: “Where is Dylan Kidd and what have you done with him?” More than just “off brand,” the lamentable film — a sitcom-y mash of broad jokes, vulgar asides and juvenile scenarios — is shockingly devoid of the promise of his earlier works. The filmmaker behind the critically acclaimed indies “P.S.” (2004) and “Roger Dodger” (2002), (the latter of which helped launch the career of Jesse Eisenberg) both were sharp, observant and affecting efforts — “P.S.” examining the ache of lost loves, and “Roger Dodger” offering a caustically masculine look at male/female dynamics. Read More: The 20 Worst Films Of 2015 After these two rich efforts — both of which were invited to prestigious festivals like Telluride, Toronto and Venice — Kidd seemingly vanished. With only some.

If you believe everyone looks a bit younger than normal in the first trailer for Get a Job, you are not mistaken. Shot back in 2012, the latest film from Dylan Kidd (Rodger Dodger, P.S.) was going through undisclosed behind-the-scenes struggles that led some of its stars to believe it may never see a release. Well, it looks like Lionsgate Premiere has picked it up and it’ll now be arriving next month.
Starring Miles Teller, Anna Kendrick, Bryan Cranston, Alison Brie, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Marcia Gay Harden, John Cho, John C. McGinley, Nicholas Braun, Brandon T. Jackson, and more, it follows a group of recent graduates attempting to cope with the current (or 2012, rather) job market. The first trailer doesn’t sell a great film, but hopefully there will be something worthwhile here coming from the talented cast and director. Check it out below along with the poster.
Get a Job opens on March 25th.

After premiering at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival, the second chance romance The Face of Love is coming to theaters this spring. With a plot that seems reminiscent of the mostly forgotten 2004 film P.S. starring Laura Linney and Topher Grace, the film follows a widow (Annette Bening) of five years who meets a man that appears to be her late husband (Ed Harris). From his looks to his personality, it's like falling in love with her husband all over again. But soon the secret she keeps about her deceased husband and concerned family make things complicated. Now the first trailer is here and it looks rather compelling. Robin Williams also has a small role in the film which could be a nice spring release. Watch the trailer! This is 38? Middle age comes crashing down hard in "This Is 40," the sort-of-sequel to "Knocked Up," and the first trailer is here to give us a taste of Judd Apatow's latest turn behind the camera, one that finds him once again stretching into dramatic territory while still bringing his trademark laughs, driven by life's uncomfortable, real moments.
As you know Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann reprise their roles as Pete and Debbie, in a new story that focuses on their relationship as the latter hits the big 4-0. Facing the age that for many women marks a frightening, unknowable turning point, Debbie finds renewed energy to raise her kids right, fix the problems in her relationship and remain fit and attractive. Roger Dodger director Dylan Kidd will go behind the camera, and maybe he's taken the movie's themes to heart: It's Kidd's first feature film since 2004's P.S....

Turns out a whole slew of talent are updating their resumes in the hopes of being able to "Get a Job."
According to Variety, the CBS Films project from "Roger Dodger" director Dylan Kidd has yet to be greenlit, but is either in talks with or attaching actors the likes of "Breaking Bad" star Bryan Cranston and "50/50" darling Anna Kendrick.
The company snagged the Black List script by Kyle Pennekamp and Scott Turpel in 2009, which "follows a college graduate and his friends who have to lower their expectations about life as they enter the real world during a recession." Hmm, sounds timely, or as timely as a four-year economic slump can be.
Cranston and Kendrick aren't the only applicants for this "Job," as "Footloose" up-and-comer Miles Teller is up for one of the leads, along with Christopher "McLovin" Mintz-Plasse ("Kick-Ass") and "SNL" cast member Jay Pharaoh in supporting parts and...

Writer-director Dylan Kidd made an impression with his 2002 debut movie Roger Dodger, but has been mostly absent since until co-writing and directing 2004's little-seen P.S. and, most recently, directing episodes of the Adult Swim series Children's Hospital. Now Kidd is looking to get back to directing movies with the comedy Get a Job for CBS Films.
Variety reports that Miles Teller (Project X) is in negotiations to star in the movie as a college graduate who, along with his friends, attempts to enter the working world during a recession. Offers have been made to Anna Kendrick (Up In the Air, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World) and Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad) for unspecified roles, while Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Kick-Ass) and Jay Pharaoh (Saturday Night Live) could appear in the movie as well. [1] Eight years after his sophomore directorial effort P.S., Dylan Kidd is heading back into feature filmmaking with a new comedy for CBS Films titled Get a Job. And he's got his eye on some intriguing young stars (and Bryan Cranston) for the lead roles: Miles Teller is in talks for one of the leads, while offers have gone out to Cranston and Anna Kendrick for other roles. Meanwhile, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Jay Pharoah, and Jesse Eisenberg, who starred in Kidd's debut Roger Dodger, are said to be circling as well. More details after the jump. Variety [2] reports that no deals are actually in place at this point, since CBS Films hasn't given the official green light. But if all goes well, production could start as early as next month. First acquired by CBS back in 2009, Kyle Pennekamp and Scott Turpel's Black List [3] script revolves around a recent college grad and...

Besides the total omnipresence of Jessica Chastain, among the many things the cinematic year of 2011 will be remembered for, is the return of some long absent film directors. After years in the wilderness, cinephiles were finally treated to new feature films from Alexander Payne, Lynne Ramsay and Whit Stillman. And now heading into 2012, another filmmaker, perhaps not as famous, is looking to get back behind the camera. Way, way back in 2002 you might remember the charming indie "Roger Dodger" started making the arthouse rounds. Written and directed by Dylan Kidd and starring a skeezily charming Campbell Scott and newcomer Jesse Eisenberg, the film told the story of a womanizing uncle teaching his nephew the tricks of the trade with some finesses and style. Kidd quickly followed it up with the less successful "P.S." and then...kind of disappeared. He directed a pilot for Spike TV that didn't get going, and last year,...

Just a couple of weeks ago I finally caught up with Dylan Kidd‘s 2002 debut — the dark, funny, wonderful Roger Dodger. Having such a positive reaction to a wholly unique film, imagine my disappointment upon seeing that the guy’s only directed one other, seemingly forgettable project since.
So that’s why I’m happy to hear (from Variety) that Kidd will follow-up his last feature, 2004′s P.S., with CBS Films’ Get a Job. The comedy doesn’t sound as though it’s in the same morbid vein as his first movie; instead, the Kyle Pennekamp and Scott Turpel-written feature centers on “a college graduate and his friends who have to lower their expectations about life as they enter the real world during a recession.”
Casting is already underway for the film, with Project X‘s Miles Teller currently in talks, while Christopher Mintz-Plasse & SNL‘s Jay Pharaoh are also considering.

Congratulations to The Starship! "We Built This City" is no longer the worst rock song ever written!
White Stripes insano-genius Jack White has teamed with Detroit horror-rappers Insane Clown Posse on what they are calling a "cover" of a lost Mozart work. Take a moment and read that sentence again if you need to. We'll wait.
The "song" -- yes, song is in quotes, is called "Leck Mich Im Arsch." Go ahead and Babelfish that if it isn't enough of a cognate for you to figure out. Here's a hint -- the title plays off of Mozart's well-documented ribaldry.
You can stream the song here, if you must. You've been warned.
P.S. A quick 10-second play and the collective rage of the Zap2It staff confirms how terrible "We Built This City" really is...

If Willie Nelson had ever done a cover of "How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria?" a simple name change to "Ned" would provide the perfect theme song for Our Idiot Brother. Like Maria, who just wasn't an asset to that abbey, sweet stoner Ned (Paul Rudd) has good intentions but is always in trouble; he's a headache, a flibbertijibbet, a clown. At the beginning of Our Idiot Brother we learn that Ned is both gentle enough and dumb enough to take pity on a sad uniformed cop and sell him some weed. See Ned go to prison. Ned is lamb enough to not put up a fight when his lion-maned hippie girlfriend Janet (Kathryn Hahn) boots him off of their farm. His short prison stint was time enough for her to replace him with another manchild boyfriend (their similarity pays off in a fun sideways ways later on...

Paul Rudd would like to create his own superhero. The "How Do You Know" actor has developed a whole persona for his proposed character, who he has named Doctor Thesaurus, and even decided he wants his superpower to be based on a popular word puzzle game.

I'm absolutely unbeatable at Scrabble. That's it. That's my power. Able to use a triple word score at any given turn."
Paul, 41, has played several wimpy characters in movies such as "I Could Never Be Your Woman", "P.S." and "Over Her Dead Body", but insists he is very different in real life, though he admits he hasn't done any physical work for a long time.
