When XXXX wakes up in the morning before Dragan's first phone call to him, you can see he moves a pillow revealing the gun, in the next shot the gun is facing the opposite direction.

When XXXX and Gene are drinking whiskey at Gene's flat, XXXX fills the glass closest to him first, but when the camera switches through the table, the glass closest to him is empty and he has filled up Gene's glass first.

When XXXX and Gene are drinking, there is a shot which goes through the glass table. When the shot returns above the glass table the hand position of XXXX has drastically changed.

When XXXX and Gene are drinking at Gene's apartment, the whiskey bottles change positions between shots.

When XXXX goes to lunch with the boss at the clubhouse at the beginning of the movie, the position and composition of golfers on the green and golf bags propped at the flagpole changes between the aerial and ground shot.

When the pills are being recovered in the mock police raid, we see, several times, an observer watching through binoculars. We see his eye enlarged, despite our looking the wrong way down the lens.

When Gene tells XXXX that they are on for the drugs deal, he tells him that he will be picked up from Gallows Corner. This is in Romford, East London. When he is picked up in the next scene, a road sign shows as Twickenham being a mile away. Twickenham is in West London meaning XXXX is on the wrong side of the city.

The scene where XXXX gives Dragan the package next to the statue in Greenwich park is incorrect: Greenwich park is surrounded by fences and shut at night between 6pm in the winter and 10pm in the summer when it is still light.

The only Police officers in London who carry or use firearms are SO19 (now CO19) or special operations (now central operations). Cody and Tiptoes appear to be drug enforcement officers so would not be present in the raid on the hide out and the 'SWAT' scene.

The white safety wire attached to XXXX can be seen when the camera pulls up after he is dangled over the edge of the building by Eddie Temple's thugs.

Morty is out of focus when sitting back in the café, until he leans forward when speaking with XXXX.

XXXX is kidnapped at the hotel wearing only jeans, shoes and a toweling robe, and is then dropped off at his mews house in the same clothing. Somehow he gets into his house and continues his life without keys, wallets etc which must be back at the hotel.

Slavo and Dragan are supposed to be Serbians but they speak Romanian.

When XXXX and Lucky are at the park, Lucky is through the rifle scope following the target, the man with the hat, moving from his left to the right. At that distance he would only have to move the rifle just a little to follow a man walking, yet he swings the rifle relatively far.

For an assassin, Mr. Lucky is woefully unfamiliar with firearms. While lying in the prone position, he doesn't rest one arm on the ground to steady his weapon for his shot. He uses the wrong type of scope for the shot in question. And he doesn't remove his overcoat even though it clearly is restricting his range of movement.

During the 'SWAT' team's raid, the lead officer knocks in the door and proceeds to rush in without any weapon drawn. No professional would do this because it would leave him or her defenseless to anyone guarding the door.
