somewhat out-of-date, but still good
Cindy Crawford is probably the only model out there that doesn't annoy the crap out of me. In this video, instead of constantly showing herself and/or perfectly toned athletic people, a good deal of it takes place in a basement work-out room, where she works out along with us under her instructor, Radu. We see her looking less-than-perfect (yet still beautiful), breaking a sweat, out-of-breath, gulping at her water just the same as we do. As someone who gets PO'd when watching work-out videos where the instructors do every move flawlessly, while I'm fumbling along like a paraplegic walrus, this means a great deal to me.
Radu often counts the moves too fast (I guess he didn't realize that he's not just instructing Cindy in this instance, but all of us), and some of the exercises might be slightly out-of-date (since physical fitness standards are constantly changing). I just adapt the routines to fit what I believe is the current standard. It's the only work-out video I still use, because it remains unpretentious and understandable.

Great video with some crucial mistakes
Love it, pics stunning, music s great, idea is revolutionary. But Cindy makes some exercises incorrectly, composition of workout suits Cindy. But everyone shud change it according to his own priorities
This is a great tape. A real, Leotard Soaker!
Brandy's Leotard Rating for this Tape is 10 Sweaty Leotards!
This is a real workout girls! I have to admit that when Cindy was doing the talk show tours about this tape, I figured isn't she already doing enough? Do we really need another Super Models opinion of how to get into shape! I was wrong! This is a great tape. A real, Leotard Soaker! Even her little 10 minute exercise workout is great. I only wish it were put at the front of the tape, instead of the end!
This workout will work every part of the body. The very fast paced cinematography is great! In one minute Cindy is working out in a "dingy old building" then suddenly she is standing high on some rooftop in a big City.... Flash, she is all alone one beautiful Beach exercising. The music is great & inspiring, The fast paced cutting edge format & shooting of photography keeps you interested. The picture changes to different formats. Like Black & White, Sepia tones, high key graphics with grain, to almost Technicolor picture scenes all the while, the great inspiring music pulls you forward. This is truly one of my favorite tapes! My Appoligies Cindy, You did a great job!
