Chris purchased a two-bedroom townhome in Auburn Hills, Michigan after graduating from college. Now that he and girlfriend Suzanne are moving in together, they've decided they need more room and a home that reflects both of their personalities. Their budget is between $300,000 and $450,000 and they hope to find a home with at least 3 or 4 bedrooms, a kitchen with modern amenities, a formal dining room, a great room, large walk-in-closets, a nice sized garage and a backyard.

After selling their home, Frank and Corrie are living with their son in temporary housing in Palo Alto, California. They're looking in the Silicon Valley area for an open-plan, ranch-style home that's close to good schools, and has a great kitchen for Frank. And they've got an advantage- Corrie is a real estate agent, so she's conducting the search herself.
