Sex & Nudity

  • Very mild flirtatious behavior between some characters.
  • The main character blushes at a girl but is immediately snapped out of it by another character. Played for comedic effect.
  • One character shows a dress to the main character. He then blushes and laughs, only to realize he can't actually afford it. No sexual context implied in any way.

  • A character drips blood in one scene. Very brief and not disturbing.
  • Several characters are injured/killed by other character via swords and bows. Blood is extremely infrequent.
  • The main character's younger self is slapped aggressively in the face by his father, causing him to be knocked on the ground. He is then yelled at for being disgraceful.
  • A wounded deer is shown helplessly bleeding during a flashback after being shot at.
  • Epic battle scenes but no blood.

Violence & Gore

  • In a flashback, a character's body is impaled through a beam of dark magic. No blood is shown, but can be intense to watch for younger viewers.
  • Several characters are slaughtered by a swordfighter in the beginning of the second episode.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • In the first episode, an entire town is burning and devastated, and the civilians are running, screaming, and crying for help. Other civilians are being attacked by pirates, who are then attacked by the heroes. May be intense for younger viewers.
  • In the beginning, the main character's sister sacrifices herself to save him and one of his men by teleporting them away from an intense fight with an evil sorcerer. This scene can be intense for younger viewers.
  • The main character almost has an emotional outburst during a council meeting after hearing the remaining civilians in his kingdom could possibly be slaves. Mildly intense from an implication standpoint and an emotional standpoint.
  • After hearing a ballad of the main character's famous ancestor, he is told by another character that she wishes he was alive currently. This makes the main character upset and is eventually told to snap out of his traumatic memory, which naturally occurs. Slightly emotionally intense.
  • During a flashback, a younger version of the main character is attempting to kill a deer helplessly bleeding on the ground, but is very reluctant to doing so. His father tells him to put the deer out of its misery, but is too upset and horrified to do so. He drops his bow and rushes away, and is then abused and reprimanded. Can be upsetting for some viewers.
