- At the Fresnes remand center, a football match takes place in the courtyard. Tibor Kovacs, a young Hungarian, works wonders with the ball. A true football virtuoso, he dreams of playing for the French team.
- Fleury-Mérogis. A football match in the prison yard. A young guy does wonders with the ball. He puts the ball where he wants, he atomizes his opponents. In short, he is a virtuoso. His name is Tibor Kovacs, he is Hungarian, and his dream is to play for the France team. For Manu, his cellmate, Tibor is a gift from heaven. He has been hanging around in football circles for a long time, swallowing his pain of being an ant where so many others have become stars. Both are in prison for peccadilloes. On the eve of their respective outings, Manu convinces Tibor to unite their destinies: Tibor will become the greatest player in the world and Manu, his agent. In Arpajon, Angelo, owner of a pizzeria where Manu has his habits, is categorical. To become an agent, there is only one solution: to bring back to service "Monsieur" Colonna, a former legend of international football, in early retirement in Brazil. Manu, in a suit too big for him and his brand new mullet under his arm, therefore arrives in Copacabana to convince the legendary agent to resume service. Against all odds, he gets his way. Colonna returns to Arpajon, where he finds in all her states his sister Sylvie, married to Angelo. The women's team of Haricots d'Arpajon, of which she is goalkeeper, coach and president, crawls to last place in the inter-regional championship because of a major defense problem, under the angry gaze of husbands exhausted by their wives who only think about football. The three heroes land with force in the world of modern football. They will not be welcome there. In their sights, there is Oscar Marbello, feared and overpowered intermediary, who has the upper hand over all the transfers of the PSG and whose concupiscence is quickly aroused by the bursting in broad daylight of the exceptional talent of Tibor. There is a world where club presidents bow to the whims of players transformed into media icons, where transfers are arranged with false passports and retro commissions, where the imperatives of sport are lost between advertising contracts, "fitness" programs and rate of return on investment. This is the world of football-business, which our three heroes will face with means not as amateur as that.
